Ippon visualizations

  1. Ki always forward (LF block, left leg step) (LF strike to head) always looking forward feet step together extend ki both arms straight out turn to RR corner – deescalate energy in 4 steps back (100% - 75% - 50% - 25% - 0)
  2. Block LFC, strike LFC, step in LFC feet together (check), sweep ki forward, finish LFC
  3. LFC block, RFC palm blow (do not cross your own line from the nose to the knot), LFC strike with foot stomp (power check), shuffle LFC with take down, check, pin leg, stomp kick, finish head, deescalate
  4. RFC block, turn 270 degrees, step back right leg into attacker with elbow strike, grab shoulder point up down, right leg stomp (not full sweep)
  5. RFC block, strikes with stomp, 270 degree spin, feet under like doing squat break arm, step back right leg to LRC
  6. LFC block, RFC palm same stance as block, LFC vertical fist same stance as block, LFC knee step, LFC knee step, downward elbow, fade back right
  7. RRC step LFC block (do not gakun – outside (plantar) wrist block – fading block close to head), rear leg kick, vertical fist strike, turn 180 degrees (spin with elbow) (check?), RRC vfs to head, LRC strike, RRC strike, LRC strike (pivot on balls of feet)
  8. Step to LFC sweeping block to RRC with punch, reap 180 degrees to LFC, stomp to groin, finish off
  9. RFC block, RFC strike same stance, spin 90 degrees, strike, check, drive forward (extend ki), step over left leg with left leg, stomp to groin, check, step with stomp to head
  10. RFC step block fade block with right hand LFC vertical fist strike, knee strike drive to LFC put foot down to RRC, check, stomp to groin, follow through.
  11. RFC step block fade block with right hand LFC vertical fist strike, spin 180 clockwise, left knee down, right rear thrusting kick, stand back up (do not spin on ground to take down – “like a fish out of water”)
  12. LFC left step left block right palm, RFC palm blow w/left step, RRC elbow with right step, take head and turn 90 degrees counterclockwise w/left leg back, finish
  13. LFC double block, RFC palm, LFC strikes with tai sabaki facing RRC, elbow on hip and hand on knee, drive, pin leg UNDER right arm (hook) pivot 180 to pin and stomp, finish
